Trying to find the right hammer/anvil balance. This list has Javs to drop in/maneuver towards armor, which TA lists always struggle with. As well as a Leviathan with CML to do the same. Warmonger and Cataphractii also drop in and have some Meltas to try to pop some armor or maybe finish off a heavy tank. While all of that is happening, the fast elements of the army move up - Curze with an ablative squad of Assault Marines, Raptors, and a Contemptor. Libby goes with Curze, as does an Apothecary. Hopefully, once Curze is in the thick of it, he'll go off on his own while the Assault Squad tries to take backfield objectives. Recons hold my backfield and pin units.

Not super complicated, but does seem to require a lot of moving pieces to work together in harmony.

Why the two jump apothecaries? I only see the one assault squad. Reason being is I believe the Rpators lose Bloody murder if an apothecary attaches.

As to your many moving parts comment, welcome to Night Lords, they are a top tier army but they very much require a lot of thinking to use at a top tier.

Apothecarion Detachment pg116

"...gains all of the special rules... and unit sub-types" So it gets all the rules and the Skirmish sub-type.
