TheArtilleryman
Hi, Just wondering - do Knights Gallant still have the rule that says they can use both melee weapons at the same time, rather than choosing one to fight with? I can’t find it anywhere in the index. I know that they have better profiles for their weapons than other knights - is this instead of that rule? Thanks! Solution Karhedron Posted January 9 Solution Share Posted January 9 No, Gallants now have to pick and choose like everyone else. The bonus is that they get more attacks and higher WS than other Knights. Also there is a benefit in that they can choose exactly the best weapon for each attack. Against anything with 1-2 Wounds, sweep with the chainblade. For 3W, sweep with the fist etc.

Most of my games are small ones these days due to time, so I’m quite drawn to the idea of fielding a gallant with 4 armigers, which would fit perfectly into a 1000 point game. Karhedron
Considering all the weapon options now come in one box, I would seriously recommend magnetising your big Knights. When so much of your army is tied up in one model small changes to rules or points can drastically affect the optimum loadout. All my Questoris and Dominus class Knights are magnetised and I am very glad of it. Xenith and Dr_Ruminahui 2 Back to top

Going to do the same with the Stormsurge that I already have waiting to be built too.
