There isn't a next one according to today's WHC article "This single-episode show sees the Imperial Knights of House Corvec under attack from overwhelming Chaos forces, and they must fight not only for victory but also their house’s survival." https://www.warhammer-community.com/2024/03/13/broken-lance-brings-imperial-knights-to-warhammer-alongside-kroot-and-the-nastiest-prison-in-the-imperium/ Joe and Cenobite Terminator 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382375-broken-lance/page/3/#findComment-6027829 Share on other sites
Cenobite Terminator
Well it was close to a half hour so that’s alright. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382375-broken-lance/page/3/#findComment-6027832 Share on other sites
Verevolf
Meh, it was ok. Again they felt like giant balloon models fighting, they lacked mass, slow does not mean heavy. Something heavy should build inertia which these do not. Character models were very nice. Still, the faces looked really nice, but in motion the upper lips moved in a strange way that humans lips do not. Etruscan
Overall I quite enjoyed it thought it felt perhaps a little rushed? I say that because the contrast in the quality between the animation / rendering / lip syncing of the Spoiler old Queen in comparison to the younger people felt quite marked. Story was enjoyable enough if a little obvious. Still, pleased to see another animation; I just wish they were released a couple of times a month rather than several months apart. StraightSilver
I thoroughly enjoyed that tbh, had echoes of Beowulf which was quite cool. Animation, vice acting etc were all perfectly fine. Story was obviously very standard Warhammer but I still thought it was great.
