are my thoughts correct? Is this game legal?

After reading page 310 of the AOD rulebook, I think you can't because all the members of the unit must have the rule except if they are embarked transport that have Deep Strike rule. So, ti Deep Striking Abaddon with Justaerin only.

 

The list is quite interesting. Compacted but unless you're going to play a ZM,and in that case you need to change units (all the vehicles), Chieftain Squad is not very recommended, I think. Don't make wrong, is a fantastic unit, but not for "open fielded" battles. They can't have any transport attached and are a bit slow . I think are better options.

thanks for the feedback - yes transports generally are an issue with SoH.. I think I should consider a LR Squadron maybe
