I felt like the video was missing something, tbh. I'm not even saying it should have had a secret model reveal (though obviously that would have ruled) but the video doesn't actually contain any hints as to why wearing warpstone would be such a hilariously bad idea. Like, the hand/neck/etc models wearing the jewelry should have had some mutations.

My thought as well, novelty "warpstone" (aka green glass) jewelry would be a cute merch item. Could expand it into 40k with digiweapons, rosettes, etc.

They will. It's probably already in the pipeline. They say the best (corporate) April fools jokes are things people really want, and therefore make good business. 

 

We've had plastic thunderhawks, squats and more as April fools before, don't forget!
