Dwango
Hello all. Quick rules question. Can a magos do both battlesmith and cybertheurgic rite at the same time? Both are done instead of making a shooting attack. I can't seem to find anything written stating they can't be. I'm running dark mech for the first time and want to get it right. Also, I'm aware that the paragon of metal upgrade does not allow for a cybertheurgic rite to be used on it. Does this extend to the animus integro? This allows for battlesmith to be used at 12" and to be done twice if the check is passed. I would assume not as the rite is making modifications to the standard rule but that a normal battlesmith would be fine. Thanks. Solution Churchill53 Posted April 23 Solution Share Posted April 23 Afraid not, the main rulebook faq for battlesmith says that you can't use battlesmith and any other ability that maybe used instead of making a shooting attack. Not a clue about the second point though Dwango 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382767-battlesmith-and-cybertheurgic-rite/#findComment-6036378 Share on other sites
Dwango
Ah there it is. So many books and faqs! Missed it. I'd imagine the second one is a no too, and probably the way I'll play it unless I'm told otherwise.
