Greets, all !!

I'll be in Shanghai this weekend for the team tournament along with 10 other 6 man teams!

I'll be taking my BA in preparation for the WTC Warmasters in Belgium this year. (no placement hopes, obvs, just want the cool experience!)

But, I'll be taking this Fleshtearers list!!!

Captain - JP, Hammer, Shield

Librarian Dread -HF

5x Sanguinary Guard - 1Fist, Banner, 5IP

1x Ballistus

6x Aggressors - Bolt Guantlets

6x Devastator Centurians

Will hopefully keep you all posted with pics and deets!

My only query is the second squad of Sanguinary Guard. They lose some of their durability when not accompanying the Warlord. Would it be worth either merging the squads or replacing the second squad with the Vanguard Vets with Storm Shields?

They were a legit question mark for me.

The selling point however, was the OC2 for the unit and the 2+

DC are arguably better, but the list I have doesn't have space for the chaplain, and OC 0 is horrible.

I 20-0ed the Thousand Sons player I was paired up with in game one.

Then 14-6ed the Chaos player who was playing the Abaddon "iron storm" list. That game was unbelievably tough..but snuck out the win.

Playing a super hard team today!

Got absolutely DESTROYED by BullyBoyz orks.

In ONE TURN, he killed:

Seth

Captain

6 Centurions

2*5 Sang Guard

Libby Dread

1*5 Assault Jumps

1*5 Assault Inters

DC Dread.

2 monster mistakes on my side coupled with crazy good luck on his (multiple units getting 9+ charges and 5+ advances to get in) made it an easy 20-0 for him .

Third turn...In my turn, I lost 4 aggros too from just falling back.

I called it then.

I would have likely lost anywhere between 6-14 and 8-12 were it not for my blunders..but...that was a whitewash.

Next game was vs Votann and I consistently rolled the coldest I've rolled in recent memor despite outplaying my opponent.  I was getting so silently tilted that I had a HUGE stress headache.

The game ended in a 12-8 win to me, largely thanks to him timing out end turn 4,  but it should have been much closer to a 16-4/17-3 had things gone remotely close to average.
