I think the models look good. I'm not sure they look enough like the existing Scion models to feel unified, but I'm only going of one picture for each, and the colour schemes are different, so it's hard to tell.

Really want to see the Vespid though. Less than 48 hours to go.

I think they look good and they're a good match for the existing scions. If there's a different weapons loadout (maybe a twin pistols one?) I could be sold. I'm definitely up for Vespid if they're good so this would mean getting the whole box I guess. The way they've based them is interesting.

Jump pack models just walking on the ground? In 40k?! That's possible?

Jokes aside these do look neat. The specialists seem to have succeeded their stealth checks I presume and will be shown off properly on saturday.

I think it's a good thing. A bit of a spoiler is one thing but let's give the reveal show something to actually reveal

Poses are quite nice, the design choices are interesting too; drum mags and good lines on the armour. I'd love to have these as part of my Ordo Xenos force alongside my Deathwatch but they're probably not playable in Agents though given their walking colleagues absence. At least editions don't last long anymore...

Not bad at all. I can dig it.

For some reason I really like the lasguns, maybe it's the drum magazine/extended power cell

Whatever it is

I kinda wonder if these aren't a new Scions kit entirely with an extra sprue for the jump pack options and basing bits. I mean thier poses aren't typical of GW when it comes to jump troops these days. The command bits can easily be replaced with  banner character and Tempestor prime and I'd be surprised if the kill team sprue doesn't include a medic.

Simply the fact that not all of them balance on some terrain piece with the tip of their foot already fills me with joy.

Also while they are obviously completely new, they don't look that different from old Scions so unless they change Scions to be jump pack only now you should still be able to use your old ones without it looking strange

Based off the first four they crushed it with these designs. If the rest of the squad follows suite I'll be stoked. A few braced on the ground firing poses would be a dream, and then the old squad on foot can basically be retired. I'm sure you'll be able to build them with their grav chutes off with some minor conversion work.

Warning! SPOILERS:

Images have shown up on Reddit.

Wow they are great! I've always been a little meh on the Scions, cant peg what exactly but something about them didn't work for me, these ones are way better though.

I also find myself agreeing that I prefer these to the current Scions but can't quite put my finger on it.

I think it may be the hip plates, on the current kit it looks to me almost like it's been slapped on as an afterthought. These it seems to look much more integrated to the actual set of armour.

Will be interesting to see the torsos without weapons covering them, the current Scions armour looks rather like medieval armour IN SPAAAACE (I get that fits 40K but doesn't massively do it for me).

I definitely prefer Kasrkin/the old Inq Storm Troopers.

Bring on the Vespid!

I also really like them! I think yoy are right about the hip plates. That and the knee plates seems a bit smaller. The arms and legs miiiight be a little bit thinner. And at least on one of them the cables from the gun is not going aroung him in a huuuge arc.

I've always preferred Scions to Kasrkin, and this new kit just made them better. They retain the armor plates that I love, but gain some additional details to give them a tactical look. Itd be great if this replaces the five man box or that box just sticks around for the command squad loadout

These are great. I much prefer them to the current Scions.
I was hoping for a helmet redesign, but otherwise they're neat.

They improved on the poses, paint scheme, the leg armour, made the guns smaller, and from this angle improved the power cables.
Plastic power cables often look bad compared to resin and metal.

Here's how they stack up

(I also was seeing how they'd look without the glowing eyes and gold)
