GW haven't mentioned anything specifically about the app. Glass Half Dead did a stream earlier and touched upon it, apparently it will only have the light core rules, not the full ones, but it will be free, not require a W+ sub and show all the team rules. Balance updates will be applied to the app, and to the downloads on warcom. He hasn't actually seen the app though, thia was from a presentation that GW gave to influencers before release.

 

Theres no roster anymore, so not sure if there will be a team builder per se, or just show all the operative detail (GHD didn't mention).
