Eradicators probably.  There's a distinct lack of dedicated AT shooting in the list, though the SG and the DC can probably deal with tanks in a pinch.  A single Redemptor Dread NOT using the plasma cannon isn't going to cut it if anyone brings a land raider against you, or hell, even a Rogal Dorn.

I'd either switch the redemptor to a Ballistus (You've got Melee covered very well, but shooting is a bit anemic).  I'd also be tempted to get rid of one of the intercessor squads, but I just generally don't care for them.  I do love me some aggressors tho, but you'd REALLY want the Biologis.

I might recommend leaning into infantry and dropping the dreads. Right now you have just enough armor to keep my anti tank relevant.  Your dreads need to be in the danger zone to do anything but with only 2 they are dead before they do much.  Filling out the rest of your list with armor could change that math but it looks like you prefer infantry so lean that way?

Some stated goals for your list, info on your meta, and any personal preferences could give some context to the advice you seek.

Good luck!

Thank you, @DemonGSides and @tychobi for the advice. It seems like I either need more infantry and no dreadnoughts, or more dreadnoughts.

I'm aiming for a list that won't roll over and die, but otherwise no real meta approach to speak of. I don't really like tanks, but I do like dreadnoughts.

The 1.5k stuff is kits I've already got and are in the "I definitely want to build or convert and paint" pipeline, and the expansion options are in the "I have the kits" batch.

I quite like dreads too! I will second the ballistus dread as a good choice. It's a whole pile of stats for 130 and quick enough to find a shot.  A pair can solve your fire support issues. I would also find a spot for the Judiciar in the blade guard if I could. Drop the redemptor for him and a third ballistus!?!?!

I'll look into Ballistus prices, maybe make a purchase or two around the holidays. I was going to put the Chaplain with the Bladeguard because I thought +1 to wound with Speed of the Primarch; is the Judiciar worth losing the +1 to wound?

+1 to Wound when they are already S7 on the Charge does make BGVs very dangerous indeed. They can realistically kill anything up to a Leman Russ and even seriously maul a Knight on the charge if it is the OOM target.

You have 2 options, If you take the Judiciar, he has better attacks (including Precision) and always get Fights First. You can get the +1 to Wound for 1CP from Red Rampage. Alternatively, the Chaplain gives +1 to Wound all the time and for 25 points you can get a one-off Fights First (which is often enough to blunt the first charge they take). I guess it depends whether you can afford the extra 15 points up front for the Chaplain and Enhancement or whether you you go for the greater offensive output of the Judiciar and try to keep a CP handy for Red Rampage if you face a T8+ target.
