In fairness to the fluff, most SW and WS Librarians (lets be honest) are generally fairly chill, amused or seem oddly relegated to nanny duties.

 

Almost every Rune Priest/Stormseer I can recall spends most of their screen time sort of rolling their eyes at their surroundings, dispensing advice or fighting. Might just be their more expansive roles but they seem to spend alot less of their time on the page obsessing over warp stuff.

 

The power of being a social drinker as opposed to someone with a mild restraint problem. Let's not pretend that Yesugei's cup metaphor isn't equally applicable to restraint when drinking.

 

...I think I just accused the Fifteenth Legion of alcoholism.

Outside the manlet Marine proportions, quite frankly it's an amazingly designed model. Heresy Space Wolves players are very lucky!

Just kidding. I like it. Specially the Mk5 helmet and the mix of armor mks pieces. Looks like a late heresy model. The only point is the axe. Why always axe-welding PSYKERS? Because he is a PSYKER (Hypocrites...). I would like another weapon type.

Anyway and totally serious, a very nice model

Ahh yes. That settles it then. Rune Priests don't use the warp, just carry Fenris's goodwill across the stars :p ;)

you can find other examples outside the Wolves range. my point is there's stuff that has aged well and an awful lot that hasn't. here's an example of a meh paint job and a meh sculpt:
