I'll show off some Daemons:

The angel guy is some Kingdom Death model. I think he was going to be a Daemon Prince. Middle guy is a Noise Marine conversion with a blastmaster. Most of the Noise Marines are at this level of completion.

Old metal Keeper is quite small for a Greater Daemon these days...

Fiends of Slaanesh. These were made quite a while before the current plastic Fiends were created. I also have 1 of the then current metal Fiends to compare.

The conversion was based on Speedfreek's (I think) who was a guy on Warseer approx 10 years ago. I don't know if that thread still exists.

It's basically 2-3 bloodletters mashed together with daemonette claws. The tail is one of the dreadlocks from the FW Keeper.

I prob use these as spawn or something nowadays. The GW ones are better.

Daemonettes.

I have 12 of the Juan Diaz Daemonettes in metal. They aren't painted to any degree, plus I can't get the damn tablet to focus easily so here are some web images.

These are the only Daemonettes as far as I'm concerned.

Lastly I have a metal Masque model, which will be used as whatever if I ever play with this army again.

I love your demon conversions - they are really creative and do a great job of representing their respective demons.  And yeah, the old greater demons are sure tiny compaired to their modern equivalents - these days, you would probably be best off as fielding it as a spawn or as the ogryn buddy of a traitor enforcer.

What is the guy with the wings and mutliple arms using the old metal seeker model for its snake legs?  He would do a fine job as a demon prince, I would expect, as would the big angel guy.

And I agree the Diaz demonettes are the best demonettes, though you can get a respectible result kitbashing the current models with AoS witch models.

I too have that old Masque model, though mine is built (but not painted) and is finecast rather than metal.

The old models have some sort of character to them that I prefer over the newer ones. Some of the newer models are good, like the Fiends, but you just can't beat the Diaz Daemonettes.

I don't have a huge amount more to show here but I'll see what I can do...

The daemon prince conversion started out more or less completed:

large.Picture029.jpg.5fbbc4502e07c22790f

Which I was not satisfied with since it's only a daemonette head.

So it became this:

large.Picture051.jpg.f56eb8954f4840bfa12

It was a fairly involved conversion. Lower half is the old Slaanesh Lord's steed, upper half is the Deceiver, the claw arms are plastic beastmen with Daemonette claws, his shoulder pad is from a Chaos Warrior, his left upper arm a metal Banshee, the swords from Dark Elf Corsairs. He has Bloodletter horns and daenmonette hair. The wings are from plastic Possessed backpacks.

He is now in this sorry state:

No idea where his swords are.

And just to prove that I do indeed have some Juan Diaz Daemonettes:

And here is the lone Daemonette with a surviving 15 yo paint job:

God I do miss the old Juan Diaz sculpts. His daemon prince was probably one of my favorite models. The daemonettes were good too. I really like that kingdom death model. It gives like this marble carved perfection look. Its interesting.
