I'm wanting my homebrew chapter to fall to Slaanesh. I've already got that they assisted in the defense against a Slaanesh cult and the banishment of a demon prince elevated the current chapter Master to his position.

 

At the moment they're stealth, shock assault specialists

Their path to perfect their art of stealth became an obsession for the chapter and the excess they dedicated to that pursuit was their first step on the road to damnation.

I dunno, I have a hard time reconciling Super Stealthy Noise Marines.

White noise, noise cancelation. That way they blind and disorient their foes and cut off their abilities.  Maybe they remove and steal the experiences of their foes.

They took down a whole Slaaneshi cult! They should feel pretty proud about that. Like, really proud! Reeeeeeally extra double-proud. In fact why don’t they hold on to a trophy or two? Only some punk loser wouldn’t want them to keep a trophy of a victory they should be proud of! Better keep it secret from outsiders. But because it was such an important victory, why not throw a little party to celebrate ourselves and how awesome we are? Maybe in front of the relics! You know, to remember our glorious (but also seeeecret) victory! Too bad everyone else is just jealous of how awesome we are and our totally dope, not-at-all worrisome painting that we captured that we just can’t stop staring at. Pass the wine again, brother, I think I’m actually feeling something…

Think of it as the opposite.

noise canceling marines. They invert sound waves to mute or dampen sound.
