Buried in this Warhammer Community article I spotted a little section that Cubicle 7 is working on a Heresey era RPG.

The creators of the epic Wrath and Glory RPG have an exciting announcement – a Horus Heresy RPG is on the way from Cubicle 7. Here’s the pitch – the game opens with the infamous betrayal at Isstvan, after which you’re thrown straight into the maelstrom as Legionary Consuls leading a rag-tag warfleet bent on survival and vengeance.

Your first priority is to escape, harried by traitors bent on your destruction. But what then? How will you survive and regroup? How do you overcome the shock of betrayal and keep your forces supplied? Perhaps most importantly – who can you trust?

Your primary character is one of these Consuls, but you’ll also create a secondary character, such as a Naval commander from your fleet, a Remembrancer assigned to record your achievements, or an Iterator tasked with enlightening newly compliant worlds with the Imperial Truth. You’ll play these characters when their particular skills are required, or if your Consuls need to split up.

The game is expected in Spring 2026, and you’ll be able to pre-order it later this year. Fans of Warhammer: The Old World can also look forward to the imminent release of an RPG set in this specific time period, also from Cubicle 7.

As we have had Hersey era games in the Play by Post section using Deathwatch as a foundation I thought this might be of interest.

Damn...

We should really try to get a Time of Reaving going again, that was an awesome start to a game...

@Black Cohort?

This sounds interesting, though. I like the idea of everyone getting a 'Minion' for doing non-fighty stuff!

Don't tell Tro that, we've already got a Roomba-zooka....:unsure:

weirdly the website did not notify me that you @  me    I worry trying to restart would just get things moving again for a few weeks before dying off again.  I think everyone would have to be on board if we were going to try.

Might be one of the things that broke in a recent update, I saw a post in the Bug Report forum about some other features not fully working right now such as recent activity logs.

I’d be up for continuing, Utu Mot Hadad still has some oath breakers to kill.

As for worrying that it will peter out, fair, but we won’t know if it will (or hopefully wont) unless we give it a go.

Lys and Mazer have been trading back and forth which of their game is active and which is paused. So something similar might help here, a few weeks/months of game, then a pause and so on.

Very much agreed, I'd be up for it!

And yes, taking breaks so we don't have multiple games running concurrently seems to be quite helpful, both to players and GMs!

But as we've just started Murderers back up, it could give some time to get Time of Reaving ready to go again?
