Sweet Emperor these look good!
IMO Secundus is turning out to be a really interesting setting.

What I would love to see is a proper Secundus conversion kit for a Ridgehauler to make them into one of these Abbysal Ferries.

I think the ferries are more the elevators (and cranes) that they use after crossing the wall to enter deep into the pit. They'd still be a fairly cool bit of terrain - replacing your hideout with the lone way out of the Hive ruins for missions where you are racing home persued by monsters after a (un)sucessful plundering.

I hope it’s just the terrible paint job, but these two don’t grab me like previous Necromunda releases.  They look like they were colourised in photoshop.  Like to see them redone by the usual suspects on WarCom for a comparison.

I like the squat but would have to do a headswap on the woman; it just looks off and the headset wouldn't work with the mask she has, the head feels like an afterthought. In terms of the paintjob the extreme highlights on the grip knobs make them look ridiculous.

Im honestly pretty meh about both sculpst to be honest. All the Necromunda squats are kinda of looking same-y to me at this point.

Something about the human reminds me of the bionics in the movie the Creator. It's a really bad movie, and I dont like this mini that much better

I honestly can’t see the big issue with the head sculpt. It is non standard yes, but not bad. It also reminds me a bit of the heads Werner Klocke sculpts on his Freebooter Fate minis, and I am a big fan of that line, so maybe I am biased.

I was talking about the Custom Rigs that are from the Book of Desolation.

The idea is you ride these while inside more open parts of Secundus itself while using the Ash Waste rules.

Secundus isn’t just tight corridors and ruins…well ok, it’s mostly ruins, but there are open and desolate ruins as well.
