Hello everyone.

Just wondering if there's no difference between charging through your own units and making a normal move through them?

I couldn't find anything saying so.

So if my Berzerkers disembark from the front of their rhino can the rhino then make a charge move through them after?

Thanks.

Your own units do not impinge on the others visibility or movement.

So short answer is yes. Long answer is also yes, but be careful that you don't make it so that you can't get into engagement range with the other unit. They cant occupy the same space.

The relevant rules are at page 13 of the Core Rules.  Note, there is an important caveat - vehicle and monster models cannot move through vehicle or monster models.

Another note is that this only applies for friendly units and models - you can't move through enemy models (except for non-hovering aircraft, see pp 53-54).

The Determining Visibility section of the rules (under Core Concepts) says that "... an observing model can see through other models in its unit, ..."

So can you see (and fire) through models in the same unit, but not through other friendly models in other units.

I realise that wasn't the original question, but it's one that's come up in a couple of my games recently.
