Plastic Custodes dreadnought?

The hand you can barely see is a tad too small to be a dreadnought.

Am I the only one worried about the introduction of the damage stat? It feels similar to what happened to 40k and I don't want HH to become 40k.

Maybe, but I feel better that they got more complicated instead of moving towards 10th edition 40k style.

Also, damage characteristic would be a great way to answer the dreadnought problem.

Seems Militia and Ruinstorm might be safe.

What’s more, there will be a range of Legacy PDFs coming out over the next few months, allowing players to deploy classic miniatures and factions from their collections.

It's a big shame that the missing plastic troops were already made and just partitioned off to the next release wave. They really all look amazing. It also explains the assault marine debacle and why they needed to design mk6 ones mid edition....because they had made them in m2 already.

Amusingly, my rapier crew conversions seemed pretty on the money!

Aye. The mention of higher Damage weapons being better against Vehicles makes me think that the Armour Values/Vehicle Damage Table will be gone, and they're moving to a Toughness/Wounds system.

What a great show there as a lot here to love and look forward to. Really good to hear the big box is sticking around, the better look at the Saturnine Termies has swayed into wanting to pick it up but I won't be doing so at release so being able to get it later is great. Really loving the MK.IIs and the Centurion looks great, we really hadn't got a good picture of him at all from the leaks.

Interesting that they showed the Rapiers painted in Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists colours, instead of Iron Warriors and Salamanders. I wonder if they were originally planned for launch during the current edition and were then delayed. It's also curious that they have techmarine-style armour for the crew instead of standard MKVI, which is what they seem to have in the Legions Imperialis models.

Excellent:  Plastic Mk II (Tac & Assault), Breacher Upgrade Kit, Rapiers, Fellblade. I mean, we had all those things for 13 years, but now 'finally' people opposed to resin can actually play the game.

Good:  All major army books on release.

Weird:  Saturnine Terminators  The sheer abundance of Disintegrator weaponry.

Abyssmal:  The ridiculous Saturnine Praetor and its size. Militia and Daemons apparently getting squatted.

I really, really hope the rules will be good, but I'm in the same boat as SkimaskMohawk here, they always try forcefully to re-invent the wheel instead of refining things that actually work, but heh, what do I know.

Adorable that they bring back the RT attribute statline though, made me smirk.
