Psyker Enforcers have been referenced in the books for a while now but until this you either needed to hire a Psychic Bounty Hunter to use one or get your Arbitrator to allow your Bobbys to use Illegal Psychic Weed to get magic.

Wonder if this was brought forward. Though if it was, that's got to be one of the quickest turn arounds GW have done when faced with a leak.

I do like that if they get Perils they just knock themselves out.

It's a defensive measure that makes sense for a Psyker in law enforcement.
