That's a really nice set. I hope between this and the Tyranid terrain, we're starting to see a move to doing more varied terrain pieces in 40k/Kill Team.

A bit bummed if they're correct that these are not exactly the same size as the Gallowdark walls, which means they might not be playable with current Boarding Actions rules.

 

Otherwise, non-Imperial terrain is a huge win, imo.

I don't like the heavy weapons being tied to Gravis armour. That's my only nitpick. This looks like a box I might pick up.

A must have for me. The warriors wracked up in the walls is fantastic and just having a bunch of Necron terrain is really cool. The Geomancer is top notch (always happy to have more robot space wizards) and his creepy crawly friends are wonderful, makes me want to finish painting the couple of plasmacites I've been neglecting, can't wait to add them all to my Necron army.

I had been hoping to see Terminators for either system (as well as this Necrons team) but between this box and the Votann stuff pleasantly surprising me I can't be dissapointed and I'm pretty happy with the preview show overall but these guys are right at the top!

As a deathwatch player I am sooooo happy right now. Having the faction on the brink of being axed to this. They have all the iconic weaponry and more fun chapter shoulderpads, heads etc.

 

Oh and the Necron Geomancer is pretty cool too.

Between the two archetypes: the first being homogenous, best possible combination of war gear applied to every member of the KT, and the alternative old school Repulsor style with eclectic mix of wargear options, I think the second is way more interesting and flavourful.

A friend of mine that used to post here a lot is over the moon to the point that they may return to the hobby. This is such a cool release. 

 

I'll forget how long it took them to introduce a DW Kill Team to the game Kill Team because it's finally happening!

This set is fantastic  I can't help but feel a little sad that GW release this a few months after the finale of a campaign for which I scratch built a load of Necron Tomb World terrain

Necron kill team including a bunch of warriors to constantly respawn and get mowed down by a slowly attritioning marine kill team does sound like peak cinema.

Not as cool as the 2016 Deathwatch kit.  This probably means it will go off sale unfortunately.

Solo co-op Kill Team is my favourite mode for playing this game, and what you've described sounds like an awesome scenario to play through

Probably not as much of a nightmare as you'd think.

We've had 3 profile Units before, they can do it again.

So weapons not seen in the Deathwatch team so far are the Shotguns and I think the Heavy Bolter/Flamer Hybrid gun.

 

Everything else is there.
