New Recruit: Functional Horus Heresy 3.0 army list maker ready

New Recruit, as many of you already know,is a web page and app for making and testing army lists for different games, based in the classic Army Builder model. Also, have some other interesting features (Wiki, for example).

 

They uploaded today a first version to use it in Horus Heresy 3.0. Probably is not 100% accurate and mistakes are expected but is fully operational in this moment.

Well done to them getting it out that quickly, great stuff. 
 

I think it could be improved if the various detachments you can choose only showed  the unit categories you can actually select for that detachment instead of showing all the categories every time. For example, the army vanguard apex detachment only allows you to select elite units, but it still shows everything from Command units to fast attack.

 

Hopefully that’s a QoL improvement that can make in the future. Keep up the good works Newrecruit :)

Honestly as a V1 it's a lot better than I expected. I've managed to build a couple of lists in there without too many problems. There's bits missing and the odd bug, but having used the app for a couple of years, I'm confident they'll get them ironed out fairly soon. An updated file pushed out overnight as well so the improvements are coming fast. Really good stuff.

Really love the app so far. of course, gonna have to try out making lists without legion specific units. Also noticed a few bits that need ironing out, but I have positive feelings about this!
