Only War RPG Rogal Dorn Tank

Hello again, been a while.

 

Asking a question I've searched for and found nothing as of yet.

 

How would you, dear reader, make the Rogal Dorn Tank for the Only War RPG?

 

Simple enough question, which still begs the question of how does one go about doing this exactly?

For an RD, I think I'd try an amalgam of Leman Russ and Baneblade:

• Baseline Leman Russ
• AV +10 to Front, +5 Side, +5 Rear
• Structural Integrity +10/+15
• Double Battle Cannon BC + Twin-Linked
• Oppressor Cannon Vanquisher cannon, but Range 1k, Pen 20
• I think the other guns are in the other Splatbooks
• Size + 1 Step from Leman Russ
• Manoeuvre -20/-25
• Crew 9

And have a play around until happy.

I would figure it's about halfway between a Leman Russ and a Baneblade, so you're likely close, would have to find out if / how and what changes if any to make, that's for sure!

 

I do have an idea for a Guard Regiment, the problem would be figuring out how PC's could be playable as such, given that most of the NPC's are built as such, although they'd be normal outside of that, just with Ogryn Bodyguard Wounds as the Regiment is a slight bit more robust than normal, for about 100 XP to pick up the added Wound rank for NPC's.

Welcome! Building statblocks is much more of a pain than actually lending them...

 

Feel free to toss around ideas in the Nook, or the RPG (NIght) Club as well, if you get stuck, as the old gang from here is now coagulated across there, and may give you a few more eyes on with your projects.
