I tried to come up with something that seemed fluffy for the "New" Dark Angels.

Wrath of The Rock:

 

It starts with The Lion, surrounded by 5 Infiltrators led by a Phobos Libraian (Nobody Deepstrikes within 12" and nobody shoots from outside 12" while The Lion can charge and Ginsu almost anyone within 12" with an Oopsie Escape Valve in Leonine Aggression)

 

After that You've got Azrael with 6 Inner Circle Champions and an MC Power Sword Ancient with Ancient Weapons.  So 8 Dudes with at least a 3+/4++ and situational 4+++ (Center or on objectives)

 

A Chaplain in Terminator Armor with Relic Shield and Deathwing Assault leading 5 Deathwing Knights

 

A Librarian in Terminator Armor leading 10 Tactical Terminators lugging around 2 Cyclones for his Sustained Hits

 

A Ravenwing Command Squad with Lord of the Ravenwing to reroll the Advance and Charge (Charge also receives +1) to lead the 6 Blackwing Knights giving all those plasma dudes an Apothecary to really make triggering Knights of Caliban easy.

 

5 Intercessors to run around sticky capping as an annoyance/scorer.
