Welcome Guide complete - Ready, Set and Go! (Read it in the Guide Tab, important!)

Hi all!

 

Really great to have you all here, I can't wait to get started.

 

Between a busy day today with the family I managed to scribbke together a welcome guide that clearly articulates how the league will work. It's in the 'Guide' tab of the club.

 

Please do have a read.

 

In short, it explains how to make sure your things are scored correctly and what the bonus points will be for! 

 

I am going to make my pledge tomorrow, and I look forward to the very first post here on New Year's Day.

 

Important - let me know by starting your pledge thread before then what you're going to do to get your bonus points and get this off to a good start!

I think the guide would work better as an Article vs a file, it will be much easier to reference as a tab here, rather than tabing out to an alternate document.

I agree. My work phone is a no-go for downloading things and that's what I acess this site on while I'm sitting for endless hours waiting on someone to need help.

Just to update this, if you go to the Guide Tab and click through to the guide as before, I updated the Welcome Guide Page to show the entire text in the description of thr file - no download needed now!

 

It's actually much neater, thanks again for the suggestions!
