Brother Anderson Posted February 6 Author Share Posted February 6 While waiting for various enamel stages of the Baneblade I've finished ten traitor guardsmen, I'm reasonably happy with them considering there's only a couple of kits that have gone into the conversion. Work continues on the Baneblade, I think after an oil dot filter I'll be ready to call it done. I finished off the two crew members this afternoon: Bingo card updated in the first post as always! There's not a unit in the 40k world eaters this guy nearly fits into, but it's too cool a model not to paint up. I went with black for the front cone things because orange is enough of a pain as it is, I did not fancy doing it over such a big flat panel. The standard flight stands didn't have compatible magnets from warmag so I drilled holes into 32mm bases, then repurposed the stems. Next up, wave serpent. I've been working through a bit of an Eldar pile of shame so it's been good to see the backlog shrinking. Not totally sold on the white on the turret but it was such a pain to paint I'm not particularly inclined to change it: I didn't take a WIP photo for this guy so he's not eligible for point, but I was pretty happy with it so I'll pop it in here anyway: Bingo card updated in the original post as always.
