Would like to play around with the scourge + heavy baleflamer + magma cutters for a close range terror though. Thankfully the kit looks pretty easy to magnetise! As it's wanted for 5 different armies you'd have hoped the produced enough. When the land raider Proteus dropped in plastic I grabbed 4 then, no issues. Same with the EC army box, 4 split between myself and a friend. Here's hoping people get what they're after but definitely fear it'll be one of those out of stock for a fair time. I don't need more dreads, but I was keeping half an eye on that box. Double Lascannon fills a role that was desperately needed with the melee they have just being a bonus. It is an amazing glow-up with a ton of customisation options. I dithered about getting one so will now have to wait. In the meantime I grab some IW CPs. Maybe the factories are focusing on getting the launch boxes ready. Maybe this is just a symptom of GW having a fixed no. of factories and an ever increasing product range. I've noticed not only has the stock situation been poor for a long time as we all know but it seems to actively be getting worse. Especially for AoS/TOW. GW are working on building a new factory at the moment to help keep up with demand but I think it isn't due to open until the summer so no in time to help with 11th edition (or any models impacted by its production). I reckon they'll get their upgrade frame and a special character either alongside the 11th codex (no lorgar though as I think its quite evident that Perty will be the chaos Primarch returning for 11th, Lorgar can return in 12th) or will drop at a similar time frame to the Iron Warriors this edition. LSM Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 (edited) The Word Bearers are primarily portrayed as being HQ'd at either the Daemon world of Sicarus (in the Eye) or the Forgeworld of Ghalmek (in the Maelstrom). The latter directly supplies the Legion with Daemon Engines - no cutting deals with the Dark Mechanicum, etc. required. So there's a touch of sense in them having a notable head in the kit (alongside Iron Warriors, and over the likes of the Alpha Legion or Night Lords).
