Zambula Posted March 25 Share Posted March 25 Hi all! I’ve been WHFB since I was a kid, but I never played 40k before. I got the Dark Vengeance (6th edition I think) starter box, and I paint them with joy, but the rules were too much for my young self. Some years ago I got a second-hand army of old Tyranids, then there was a Hachette collection of Necrons and Space Marines… I love Warhammer, so I knew I would love 40k too. I started painting them recently: Necrons in white, and Marines in yellow (I like challenges). I’m here to read, learn and contribute. Cheers from Switzerland! Zambula Posted March 25 Author Share Posted March 25 Also I’m designing a colour schema for my yellow marines as a Successor Chapter of the Ultramarines, with the base schema of the Lamenters and the flames and skulls of the Legion of the Damned. Also I know 40k since they were called Eldars, Imperial Army (Astra militarum sounds good but not that cool) and the Sororitas were named Sisters of Battle. Lore-wise I’ve read like 7 books from Hours Heresy, so I have more or less knowledge of the setting.
