Inquisitor_Lensoven
For me, the centaur will become the standard transport for my regiment. the hippogriff will be vehicles attacked to the scout platoon/demi-company. Sentinels will be reallocated to the command element. As for in game ill probably end up saving points by using centaurs instead of tauroxes (I’m assuming it will be 15-20 points cheaper at least) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/387745-how-do-the-new-vehicles-change-your-army/ Share on other sites
SvenIronhand
A recce regiment like mine would probably want both. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/387745-how-do-the-new-vehicles-change-your-army/#findComment-6164159 Share on other sites
Lathe Biosas
Will they replace your Sentinels? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/387745-how-do-the-new-vehicles-change-your-army/#findComment-6164163 Share on other sites

Galron
I prefer chimeras and having 8 I probably wont add any for the time being. I like the little Dingo looking light vehicle so I might fit one or two in depending on the points Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/387745-how-do-the-new-vehicles-change-your-army/#findComment-6164220 Share on other sites
W.A.Rorie
Since I am building a Militarum Tempestus Bridgehead Detachment, with Tauroxes, Tauros Venerators, Valkyries/ Vendetta/ Vulture, The Hippogriff will be a nice addition, of light vehicles. When I get around to building them again... Focslain
Since I'm getting the battalion, model wise I'll have some of the new vehicles. I also have a nice conversion planned for Graves if I get her. As in what I use in my games. That will depend on the rules. I might get another Centaur or more depending on their transport capacity. The Pounder
Can’t wait to get my hands on both! I’m thinking the Centaur would be a must for my Krieg army. Depending on their abilities I want to load up a unit of heavy flamers or Engineers. I feel the aesthetic really suits the Krieg’s WWI/WWII feel. Hopefully they won’t be too pricey in pts! SteveAntilles
If the Centaur has the open topped rule, I'm probably going to put all my heavy weapon teams in one. Give them at least a fighting chance on the table. I will also need three of the cars for my armoured recon company. The commissar-car does nothing for me, but I'm excited to proxy a commissar lord with a power fist again. Inquisitor_Lensoven
I’ve worked out the lore set up for my regiment now and how to fit the centaurs in. since half my regiment are PDF militia, they will get the centaurs, the regulars will primarily get tauroxes, and platoon and company command elements will get chimeras assigned to them. Bonehead
Gonna get a bunch of the halftrack for one of my armies. I was planning to have them remain footsloggers, but this is exactly the choice of light transport I'd have given them. I'm looking forward to converting up a bunch of crews and passengers. I like the little scout car thing too. I'd like it more if it was more like a tank destroyer - like an M18, with a big, open turrent - but that's just aesthetics. Will be getting a couple, modding tracks on them, and giving them meltacannons or lascannons so they can be tank destroyers. Inquisitor_Lensoven
I wonder if each turret option will get its own datasheet, since the hellhound for a while was split into 3 datasheets, but is currently back to one. casb1965
I think whether I use the new models or not will boil down to stats and cost (unit and physical). The Hippogriff is perfect as command and/or recce units within a tank company so may be more use to me than he half-trak Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/387745-how-do-the-new-vehicles-change-your-army/#findComment-6164914 Share on other sites

I'm going to guess at 1 datasheet. Otherwise there's the possibility of fielding 12 of them, 3 for each of the 4 gun types. The Pounder
Any ideas when the Battle force box set will be released? I was already going to pick up another couple of Dorns so the extra savings would be very welcome!
