Wolf Scouts got smacked around a fair bit. Basically at their strongest while fighting fully in their bubble, which got a bit smaller. Also lost some of their specialist "umph" with nerfs to the frosteye and the Medic. 
Battleclade, Scouts, and Stealthsuits(lol) got pretty decent buffs, as did anyone with S&D as their tac-op since dominate got a LOT better into elites. A handful of mild nerf/buffs across a few other teams as well. Nemesis Claw took another hilarious drive-by nerf. 

Finally, my beloved Wreckas were cravenly struck with a nerf FOR NO GOOD REASON, and can only use 2 Wrecka Points per action (down from 3). Its an outrage.
