New to kill team

Hi folks. 

 

Just started to look at Kill Team and played a couple of simple games to try and learn some of the rules.

 

I've got a large collection of 40k armies, so plan to use the toys I have to make the kill teams. 

 

At the moment we are just using my BA and DG as the marines and plague marines from the starter box. Luckily I have all the loadouts already.

 

Very much doubt I will play in any tournaments, or things like that.

 

Hopefully I can be more involved here and learn a few things along the way. 

 

It's nice to scratch the 40k itch without having to spend half a weekend playing a 2k game and setting tables, etc up.

Welcome to the game! Kill team is the best! 
Angels of Death/Deathguard probably have the easiest 40k->KT model list, though there are a few others that are direct ports (Void Dancer Troupe would be another for you to look at based on your signature).

We played a few games (just basic rules) over the weekend and it was good fun. Even my wife had a go.

 

I'm just using the online app rules at the moment so that helps. Luckily with my model collection we can actually field 11 kill teams, so plenty to keep us busy. 
 

I think it will be good for us as playing a 2k 40k battle can take over the weekend sometimes.
