Not enough spiky bits to be Chaos. Doesn't look like something LoV would use. Tyranids, Necrons and both flavors of Eldar are right out. Doesn't fit Tau, but maybe Tau auxiliaries? That leaves Sisters of Battle, Orks, Imperial Guard, Imperial Agents and Genestealer Cults. Necromunda is also an option. But as it is, there's a lot of orks that need that many bullets, so one more wouldn't be too strange. Anywya, I thinks it's vehicle/stationary weapon, the ammo belt isn't bending like it was connected to ammo backpack (or something similiar), it feels like it's comming out of somewhere beneth the gun.
