Having shared my "Skeletor as a Chaos Space Marine" custom, I'm now on to sharing some other "crossover" Chaos Space Marines I've done, starting with one based off of one of my all-time favorite Star Wars characters.

Now, given who the character is, I recognize that it would have made more sense to go with a Raptor instead of a Legionnaire/Chosen, but I don't think I even had any Raptors in my collection at the time.

To best represent/allude to Jango's twin WESTAR blaster pistols, I gave this guy a pair of Plasma Pistols, and made the energy color red instead of the more common blue or orange to echo red blaster bolts from Star Wars. This guy isn't actually my only custom to have a pair of plasma pistols, as they're my favorite 40K sidearm by a lot, and I think there should be way more "Guns Akimbo" gunslinger types in 40K.

Anyway, for those wondering about the multiple Arbites skulls/helmets, I meant it as a nod to the video game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, where on the Coruscant levels you fight your way through Coruscant's police force. And since the Adeptus Arbites are 40K's resident "space cops", I figured it kind of fit.

He looks good - though, you might want to give him a bolt pistol in one hand to use him as Cypher, though perhaps that deviates too far from your source.

As a note, rather than post each miniature in each thread, to me it would make sense to have one thread with all your minis - that way you'll have a handy resource and be able to find and look at all your work in one place.  If you want to draw attention to your latest models, you can always retitle the thread as needed to reflect whatever you are now showing off.  Let me know if that's something you would like to do and I can merge the 2 threads for you.

A good suggestion. I did intend to have shared threads for different models, but in such a case group them based on what army they belong to. But for one-offs like this, I would just do separate threads. So for, say, my Word Bearers customs, yeah, they'll all just be one thread. But one-offs like this will be their own separate thing.
