Nice! though...
- your dirt a bit too uniform. dirt cannot be this uniform, try to add some other colourcs
- it's old, but where is an oil streaks and stains?
- you need some chipping on corners and lover part of front armor( you know? uneven spot of leadbleacher, the thin dark grey/black line around it and some stipples of bright metal of choice do add some spark)
- i'll add some brownish red corrosion in recesses

ass always imho

I think it looks pretty good to be fair- if it's in a dusty environment, and it's been in-theatre for a while, if anything it's under-weathered. I would see if you can add some soot effects to the end of the stubber barrels and try a bit of heat discolouration on the exhausts, because they stand out a little too much without any weathering on them.

As other have mentioned, a hint of very sparing rust here and there would work nicely- this is the one where you really want to hardly see it, it's not been sat doing nothing for a year, it's been fighting, so just the merest hint would be on it. But the colour variation would really look well in a few places- exhausts are a really good place, as are the corners around the sponsons and main gun, because water would gather there. A few rivets here and there for flavour, perhaps, especially if you can do a convincing drip-down effect.

Other than that, as Kabaakaba noted, more dirt on the lower sides and front, and especially on the tracks, would read a little better. I'd suggest some sponge paint chipping, but you really ought to do that before going for dirt weathering, so maybe not in this case.

The truth is it looks great already, honestly, but a little more sparing, careful attention won't hurt. black dots on the end of the gun barrels, even.
