Dorn would be the only primarch who could be trusted to keep such a secret from Chaos. It wont even take the Emperor doing it. Guilliman was the one who sanctioned the Word Bearers for violating the Imperial Truth, he's that guy like Russ was the anti-psyker punisher. Guilliman accepted the fate of the Imperial Truth when he realized he couldn't stop it.
