I’ve seen videos with both…what do you guys think? All of GW's examples of Primaris Land Speeder and Storm Speeder crew have the normal markings on both shoulders. Infantry Phobos armour right shoulders also show normal markings, and these vehicle crew shoulders are exactly the same size (slightly larger than normal under-pad shoulders).
