Cawl climes that his creations have a resistance to chaos. But could they be corrupted? Is there some kind of, idk, additional organ for that? I mean I'm also claims that there is no bugs in project. It's ain't necessary true for 100% cases. So is there scenario for some random primaries chapter to be corrupted?

I havent heard about any chapters doing it, but individuals going rogue and possibly rushing off and putting a big red X over their chapter symbol and joining Huron and the boys is very plausible. Pretty much how 3/4 of the Red Corsairs got there.

IIRC there's a couple of implied MkX bits on the new Red Corsair models, so some of those guys might actually be Chaos Primaris, albeit closer to the "I'm not paying taxes" renegade side than the full blown chaos worship side.

As with most instances of being "incorruptible" I choose to believe Cawl's statement is propaganda at best or an outright lie at worst. Most likely there's a fair few Chaos Primaris out there already, though without access to Imperial logistics their wargear probably falls to disrepair pretty quickly and is replaced or repaired with non-Primaris bits.

Did Cawl ever claimed that primaris are chaos resistant in the lore, or it's one of those things repeated often but without any real source?

We know that primaris can become CSM, even if there's no special rules for them. The Angron campaign book ended with many falling to Khorne. And Sisters of Battle too!

Ever since the Horus Heresy, Astartes psycho-indoctrination was intended to make Marines more resistant to the temptations of Chaos. In practice, nothing is perfect and we have plenty of examples of post-Heresy CSM (Huron for example). I am sure Primaris CSM exist, even if not really represented as models (yet). Only the Grey Knights and Custodes are truly chaos-proof.
