The Lost Son Posted August 28 Share Posted August 28 This might be a daft question but what purpose does monthly adjustments and even the quarterly changes make when we've not even got the first codex actually designed for the edition? I understand that some things don't work but aside from some oversights/general late editing like the changes to detachment points last time surely attempting to balance or back fix last editions codex's will throw this edition out of sync as more releases happen. I know well that there will never be a day that all new codex's appear at once and going last sucks but it seems a huge issue of design. So far all it's successfully done is slap Tsons with a nerf every single time despite out winrate falling into the mid to low 40s. Last edition was apparently a competitive disaster with Eldar auto-6ing into 14 dev wounds on whatever they liked, and a bunch of broken rules on release.
