Points and apparently some Detachment restriction changes up on the MFM

Some notes:

Despite saying Orks didn't change, they did get some wording changes.

All the Heldrakes have OC0 now.

Titus and Heuron's buddies gained Support and lost their unique "Join my friend" rule.

Psykers seem to have become more expensive across the board.

How long does it usually take for the app to be updated?

It's updated now! You just might have to manually do it.

App update is live now.

You'll probably need to go to your app settings to force the update through tho.

In the Universal rule update it has this:

Where do I see 18.06 and 18.07 as it is in neither the phisical book or in the core rule PDF?

It's on the updated App

Thanks for letting me know, I should have thought of that.

Let’s hope they update the FAQ or the Core rules pdf to incorporate the changes soon, I have been experimenting with a Land Raider list and having Terminators hop out and charge is part of the plan.

This might be a daft question but what purpose does monthly adjustments and even the quarterly changes make when we've not even got the first codex actually designed for the edition?

I understand that some things don't work but aside from some oversights/general late editing like the changes to detachment points last time surely attempting to balance or back fix last editions codex's will throw this edition out of sync as more releases happen.

I know well that there will never be a day that all new codex's appear at once and going last sucks but it seems a huge issue of design.

Could be an attempt at getting the rules "as intented" instead as "as published"? Dunno, just an hypothesis.
