They use highly mobile bikes and speeders mixed with Terminator blocks and the occasional Dreadnought. I see the Repulsor Executioner as not a great fit.... thematically. The Repulsor Executioner can have Plasma - additionally as the First Legion Dark Angels were the Jack of All Trades Master of None until the more specialized Legions came along. Finally Every chapter/Legion has some tactical black sheep that do things differently. Its easy to fluff a theme.
