Prot Posted September 1 Share Posted September 1 Is there a good use case for ol' Abaddon in 11th? I've been bored of playing IW for the past bit, I felt like changing it up. Perhaps going back to my Black Legion. I have a full army painted but a LOT of stuff never gets played: Abaddon, Chosen/termies?, Warp Talons, Harkaan Worldclamer, and his squad... are they getting any play in 11th? I'm just not sure what to do with these guys. It seems the popular thing is Huron (I don't have the new one.) Any thoughts on Abe? Dr_Ruminahui Posted September 2 Share Posted September 2 Can't speak from personal experience, as I haven't played CSM in 11th (I've been running my EC, as that's what I'm painting), but based on the videos of seen re: best performing tourney lists (largely Tactical Tortoise on youtube), my observations are: Chosen still look good, termies look good in certain builds, raptors (melee loadouts) and warp talons still see play. Haven't seen the mentioned Epic Heroes, but as you mentioned Huron does but even more so his Masters of the Maelstrom squad.
