I come from a historical wargaming background and am jumping into Warhammer now. I'm still figuring things out and have a bit of a learning curve but have decided on Space Marines. I'm starting with Ultramarines and gonna try painting up some Aurora Chapter. Griefbringer Posted September 19 Share Posted September 19 Easiest place to look for Havoc Launcher is in the Horus Heresy ranges of Astartes models, where it gets mounted on some vehicles (like Rhinos) and on top of Contemptor dreadnoughts. If you want to see one "in the wild", its the missile launcher on the top of my vindicator in this post. In 40K, to my knowledge only the Chaos space marines and chaos knights (both the big and small kights have guys' with top mounted missile launchers are havoc launchers - here's a picture of the small knight with one). As noted, they are all random shot low-medium strength no AP anti-personal weapons, sometimes with indirect fire (depending on codex and edition).
