The text behind it refers to tomb kings and they also use a winged scarab in their iconography.

Ah and the latin is on a banana, so Custodes confirmed. 

Holding out hope that the XX rune is Alpha Legion upgrade sprues or the Solomon Akura mode, but it's likely the Dwarves.

I'm inclined to agree with this, except I think it's just Corpse Grinders for Necromunda.

I have no idea what it might be for Heresy, most of the existing ranges are reasonably filled out. I know the esteemed @Chapter Master Valrak has been talking about plastic Abbadon and Justaerin so those are possible, alongside another journal perhaps? Wildcard is some Sisters or Mechanicum related, but otherwise I'd have to say something like Outriders, Destroyers or Recon Marines or similar to finish off the outstanding resin kits. Maybe the Sicaran alternatives finally?

If the infantry are on 32mm then my guess is 50mm. They're quite chonky too.

Could the II refer to the rumoured Heresy upgrade boxes? II as in MkII, being the posterboy mark of this edition. 

 

I initially wondered if it referred to the next Scouring book but I think they've used a bespoke Black Library symbol in previous previews which had a novel reveal.

 

It also doesn't match the Space Marine II symbol.

Squigs could be the rumoured blood bowl squig team rather than 40k orks or even fantasy (despite the very fantasy sword in one)

 

Nomine Eius seems 40k and religious 40k at that, sisters?

 

Nekhara probably old world- we already have tomb kings in blood bowl and they've been rumoured to get a refresh.

It matches the Master Rune of Valaya, so it's probably for the AoS Dorfs that leaked.

Had it pointed out on the 30k Discord that it could be for Part II of the Dropsite Massacre Journals and there was a rumour floating around prior to this that it would be the next Journal, so that's where I'm leaning now.

Unfortunately LI has had it's own dedicated symbol for these previews in the past, as much as I would like to see more Imperialis love.
