This does not exist, and it never will unless you are willing to sacrifice lightfastedness and use dyes instead of pigments. Also, the entire video feels like a paid infomercial. I'd recommend looking for a decent Bismuth Vanadate Yellow artist's acrylic (friend of mine swears by Golden Soflat).
