Maybe Catachan? Looks like it could be a Vietnam styled autogun.

It could be an Astra Militarum unit with an autogun, or an Agents of the Imperium unit, or Necromunda, Genstealer Cults, or even a Heresy era unit. 
One thing we know for sure: it isn’t a price drop, dropper bottles for paints, or a plastic Thunderhawk.

Part of me thought Catachan or even Valhallans for some reason.

This could be an Adeptus Mechanicus weapon. The flash suppressor looks similar to one on the Onager Heavy Phosphor Blaster. The ribs underneath remind me of the Radium Carbine and Galvanic Rifle. However the top of the weapon looks a lot like the Vindicare assassin's Exitus rifle.
