Valkyrion Posted yesterday at 05:25 PM Share Posted yesterday at 05:25 PM Quote Protean Purpose: (Once per battle, per unit) In your Command phase, you can use this ability. If you do, this unit can make a selection for its Singular Purpose ability (this replaces the previous selection). Does this mean: 1) I can change from OC15 to the attacking option, or vice versa. or 2) I can change the objective of the OC15 to a different objective (or change the target of the attacking option). Thanks! Technically either. the way it seems to be worded is that your picking a new Singular Purpose. So If you went unit first you can change to objective or another unit. Or if you want to change to another objective your free to do so or swap to unit. Considering this is the only ability the detachment grants, it's not that bad. Personally I use it to give my assimilator the inv. But going from unit to objective is a real good idea.
