Alby the Slayer Posted October 19 Share Posted October 19 In 2018 a young fan of our hobby passed away from cancer. During this time, while he was fighting this illness he was not alone. Many fans were with him, creating a great company with a symbol for him, visiting him in hospital, with gifts and cosplaying. And also they were asking for GW to create a SW character of him. And GW did it, in writing. Sadly too late, but Brandon's character was in the war for Vigilus, and was mentioned at least in two codex, carving his legend among the stars. Sometimes I like to paid tribute to those who passed away with my hobby, with what I can do. Brandon was my same age when I discovered warhammer, and I often think how, no matter other problems, I am privileged to get to enjoy this hobby, when others cannot any more. So in his honor brothers and sisters, let's raise our glasses to a legend: Brandon Shovlar !
