Thoughts about 11th edition codex

Happy if someone proves me wrong but the latest codex is total  . I am somewhat heavily disappointed by the dissynergy of Aquilan Shield/Shadow Keepers and Praesidium Shield, handing out exactly the same bonus, which will not stack. Also the Katas look so random and I don't really know what to do about them. Meanwhile everything got even more expensive while toughness 6 to 7 is not really a jump that matters as it is a shift that does matter for S7 weapons (rare) and S12/13 weapons (also, rare). Terminators are probably still good with uppy-downy. Yay -.- But Guards/Wardens are fewer and more expensive and their stats don't keep up with cost. Looks like written by LLM on low effort in one go.

 

So tournament players with Bikes and Termies are still happy, the rest is .

Guess I'll miss out on this edition and focus on Old World.
