I'd love to see some others as I am considering a Heresy-era army as well (with both a loyalist and chaotic command squad so I can play them before they change allegiance and after). Use those heads from the IW boxed set on your terminators, and steal horns from the "normal" chaos heads. You should still easily have enough parts left to make a squad of chaos anyways. I'm thinking of going for the Ork Shoulder Pad option, but then again I don't know many ork players and don't fancy splashing out on sprues that only contain one flat shoulder pad :P And Oestvang, you wouldn't happen to know whether the shoulder pads on the smurfs are Ork ones would you?
