Techmarine WIP

Like I promised in my topic about the chappy, here's a homemade techmarine... still to be painted... and still needs me to create some servitors (I might go for something like Navarro did on his possessed, if I'm able to, of course ^_^ )

Now where did you get the idea I don't like the regular models??? ;)

The arms of the servos look a little frail, and a might advanced for the imperium at that time. They seem to me (from my reading of Dark Adeptus) that it is something more for the Adeptus Mecharus to interface directly with the machine spirit. Just my bit, otherwise he looks awsome, especially the ends of the servo arms.

Instead of greenstuffing your own try getting hold of some spyrer patriarch(SP?), they are perfect for the thing you're after, their a necromunda gang btw.

looks more like light wire with a greenstuff coating to me. (just curious what gauge did you use?)

@ matt: - not gonna happen, I'm too Dutch for that (no offence to the Dutch people, I know some really cool, that's just a saying... and I don't know how to say it any other way...)

@ Beornling: ain't electric wire: it's (how could I say that) "gardening" metal wire, like used for tying a young plant to a stick to make it grow straight...

 

I've started reworking them... but you'll have to wait until sunday eve, cuz I'm going to bed now, and from tomorrow on, I'll be at my girlfriend's place... and there's no talking about 40k with her, though she finds it amazing the patience it requires to paint such 'little soldiers'...
