Don't know if he's been mentioned before, but i just purchased a bt decal sheet from forgotten chapters.eu.

Finally got to use them. Colour coverage and saturation is good, thickness also good. The decals are pre cut which is also nice. Only minor the transfer is rather stiff so I had to use micro sol and set, but after using this and sealing the model wit matte varnish the transfers look very nice.

I use Microsol and Microset by default, so i wouldn't call that a downside.  I've never had a transfer work out without that stuff anyways.
