Ultramarines Timeline

Stuff from the new codex:

 

-The final battle of the Plague Wars takes place on Iax after which Mortarion and the Death Guard retreat to the Scourge Stars.

 

-Guilliman stays in Ultramar for some time after the war ended to help with the rebuilding/reconstruction efforts as well as to smooth over the reformation of the 500 worlds system. However he eventually has to leave because of his duties as Imperial Regent.

 

-The Ultramarines, after re-organizing the structure of their Chapter due to the addition of the Primaris Marines into their ranks, leave Ultramar to launch what is known as the "Vengeance Campaigns" that involve re-capturing 7 demon worlds.  So far they have managed to take 3 but the fate of the rest is unknown.
